Our principal solicitor will review and respond to your compliant within 28 days. Rest assured that complaints will never affect how we handle your case.
Your rights if we cannot remedy your complaint
The Legal Ombudsman is an independent body who can provide a second opinion on your complaint if we’re unable to remedy the situation.
- You received a final response to your complaint within the last six months.
- No more than six years have surpassed from the date of act/omission.
- No more than three years have surpassed from when you should reasonably have known that there was cause for complaint.
